The competent supervisory authority for data protection matters is the State Data Protection Commissioner of the federal state in which our company is headquartered.

Newsletter data

To send our newsletter, we require your email address. Verification of the email address provided is necessary, and you must consent to receiving the newsletter. No additional data is collected, or it is provided voluntarily. The data is used exclusively for sending the newsletter.

The data provided when registering for the newsletter is processed exclusively on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You may withdraw consent you have already given at any time. Data entered to set up the subscription will be deleted if you unsubscribe. If this data has been provided to us for other purposes and elsewhere, it will remain stored with us.

Use of our website

When you visit our website, we collect only statistical data about our visitors. In a statistical summary, we can only see which browser was used, which page or file was requested and when, and from which website a visitor was referred to our site. It is not possible to link this information to an individual visitor. In particular, we do not receive the IP addresses of visitors to our site. We are neither able nor interested in creating personal usage profiles.

Handling of your data

When collecting, processing and using your data, we always strive to comply with the legal requirements for data protection as thoroughly as possible. Therefore, every processing activity is critically reviewed by our Data Protection Officer before it is used for the first time. All persons working for us are bound by confidentiality regarding personal data and receive regular training in the handling of personal data.

Use of service providers

If we engage service providers to perform work for our company, they are contractually obliged to comply with our data protection standards. Compliance with our requirements is reviewed by our Data Protection Officer at irregular intervals.

Advertising

If you provide us with personal data, we generally do not use it to contact you for advertising purposes. Correction of data

Almost everything in life changes at some point. If you notice that the data we have stored about you is no longer up to date or that stored information is incorrect, we would appreciate it if you let us know.
